Why it’s time for Caitlin Clark to denounce biological men in women’s sports

Former University of Iowa basketball player Caitlin Clark became America’s sweetheart the last two years with her athletic performances on the basketball court. She spurred a renaissance of viewership for women’s college basketball as the sport set records for ratings in 2023 and 2024. This was particularly true for games featuring Clark broadcasted on network television. Now in the WNBA after being selected first overall by the Indiana Fever in the WNBA draft last week, Clark is arguably the current face of women’s sports in the nation.

Now, Clark’s voice is needed to help protect women in sports.

The legendary University of South Carolina women’s basketball head coach made waves before the NCAA women’s basketball national championship game when she stated that biological men should be allowed to play in women’s sports during a press conference before the matchup….
