Ousted Police Chief Makes Bid For Dem City Council Seat, Slams ‘Embarrassing’ Conditions

Former Oakland Police Chief LeRonne Armstrong announced his bid Wednesday morning for a spot on the Oakland City Council, slamming the current city’s “embarrassing” conditions.
