Twelve United States Senators appear to have committed a federal felony in their zeal to protect Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, from Indictment or Arrest Warrant from the International Criminal Court.
On April 24, 2024, twelve US Senators sent a letter on official U.S. Senate stationery, to the Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court in The Hague, Netherlands.
In the letter the Senators told the court they objected to the potential issuance of arrest warrants for Netanyahu and perhaps other members of the Israel government. They argued the court has no jurisdiction and then they said this:
