Air Fryer Chicken Thighs with Creamy Cilantro Sauce. The perfect summer plate made in under 30 minutes. Recipe – 1 tbsp olive oil – 1 tsp salt – 1 tsp black pepper – 1 tsp paprika – 1 tsp chili powder – 1 tsp cumin – 1 tsp red pepper flakes – 1 tsp onion powder – 1 tsp garlic powder – 1 tsp oregano – 1 tsp lime juice – 4 bone-in chicken thighs Creamy Cilantro Sauce: – 1 cup cilantro – ½ cup Greek yogurt – ½ avocado – ¼ cup olive oil – 2-4 tbsp lime juice – 1 garlic clove – ½ tsp salt Mango Salsa: – 2 ripe mangos, diced – 1 red bell pepper, diced – ½ red onion, diced – Salt, to taste – Lime juice, to taste 1. Preheat the air fryer to 375ºF (190ºC). 2. In a large bowl, add the olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, chili powder, cumin, red pepper flakes, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, and lime juice and stir until well combined. Add the chicken thighs; mix until evenly coated. 3. Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket. Cook for 24 minutes, flipping halfway through. 4. While the chicken cooks, prepare the sauce: Blend together the cilantro, Greek yogurt, avocado, olive oil, lime juice, garlic clove, and salt until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste. 6. While the chicken cooks, make the salsa: In a large bowl, add the mangos, bell pepper, and red onion and mix well. Season with salt and lime juice. 7. Serve chicken hot with sauce and salsa on the side, and enjoy!
