A 7.7 magnitude earthquake shook Myanmar and Thailand on Friday, leaving people dead and buildings devastated in its wake.
Officials said at least 144 were confirmed dead and at least 732 injured in Myanmar, the New York Post reported. The epicenter of the quake was determined to be near Mandalay, a city in Myanmar.
