Presidential candidate Donald Trump was speaking to the National Rifle Association when he made the suggestion he could serve a third term in office.
Trump rallied the Dallas, Texas, crowd by asking them what they thought of a third term.
“You know, FDR 16 years, almost 16 years, he was four-term. I don’t know, are we going to be considered three-term or two-term?” Trump asked. “Are we three-term or two-term if we win?”
The crowd met him with chants of “three.” At the annual meeting, the NRA endorsed Trump for president in November’s election.
