Denver Mayor Mike Johnston has been one of the more outspoken opponents of President Trump’s planned massive deportations. Johnston even went as far as to say that he would go to jail for obstructing Trump’s immigration policies. Johnston’s eagerness to obstruct Trump’s immigration policies should come as no surprise, as Trump haters Reid Hoffman and Michael Bloomberg were significant donors to Advancing Denver, a Pac that supported Mike Johnston’s 2023 run for Denver Mayor. Bloomberg and Hoffman also support open borders.
