Shauna Rae wants to have children, but isn’t sure her partner is ready for the next step.
In a video posted to her YouTube channel on Tuesday, July 23, the I Am Shauna Rae alum, 25, opened up about her decision to freeze her eggs and why she won’t be asking her boyfriend to donate his sperm to make embryos.
When the reality star was six months old, doctors discovered that she was born with a malignant glioma on the right side of her brain. She was then immediately rushed into surgery and underwent chemotherapy, with doctors prioritizing saving her life over her ability to have children in the future.
With her fertility in jeopardy, she revealed she was looking to freeze her eggs and explained why she opted out of making embryos when her doctor suggested them.
