Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) deflected any blame on President Joe Biden for the recent increase in southern border crossings when asked about it Saturday.
Crockett appeared on MSNBC’s Velshi, where she was asked about her opinion on former President Donald Trump’s immigration policies. Crockett represents the border state of Texas, which has apprehended some 485,700 illegal immigrants since March 2021, according to the office of Gov. Greg Abbott (R-TX).
