For a long time, gymnastics fans were craving some action on the mat. As soon as the NCAA 2024-25 season began, everyone eagerly anticipated the gymnasts’ performances for their respective universities. However, the expectations on Jordan Chiles were more than ever. Indeed, she had lost her Olympic bronze medal, and the fans wanted to see nothing but redemption from her, representing UCLA.
Despite Chiles’ outstanding performance, the team was unable to make up for it, resulting in a significant loss for them. It was surely heartbreaking for the fans, as they watched the Olympian do everything she could, only to not secure a win. However, after watching UCLA not perform to their best in the first match, their coach, Janelle McDonald, issued an inspirational statement, looking forward to their future in the NCAA.
