Border czar-designate Tom Homan said on Wednesday that President Joe Biden shouldn’t assume that only American citizens were behind a terrorist attack in New Orleans.
Authorities say 42-year-old Shamsud Din Jabbar drove a Ford pickup truck into revelers in New Orleans early New Year’s Day morning before being killed in a shootout with police, killing at least ten people and wounding dozens of others.
