A home security camera in a Sacramento neighborhood caught a dump truck littering streets with trash early Tuesday, leaving residents stunned, CBS News reported.
The dump truck littered Edmonton and Iberian drives in south Natomas at about 6:15 a.m., according to the outlet. The dumping happened despite the presence of a landfill just a few miles away. It was the first time some of the residents witnessed the incident and they fear it could repeat itself.
“I just woke up and it was a snow, a sea of trash,” Devin Flores, a nearby resident, told the outlet. “It was like snow almost.”
“Cars couldn’t drive through it,” resident Lisa Framiglio told the outlet. “It was too big.”
