California Governor Gavin Newsom went to the border on Friday to explain why Donald Trump’s secure border policies are “negative.” Newsom said Friday President Trump’s planned tariffs would negatively impact American families. Trump has recently threatened tariffs on Canada and Mexico to make those countries work with the United States to stop the flow of fentanyl and illegal immigration across America’s borders. It is interesting that Newsom said Trump’s solution to stop illegal immigration is the issue when illegal immigration is negatively impacting millions of Americans.
