Piña colada popsicles for your next party! Recipe below:
Ingredients
1 pineapple, diced
1 (13.5 oz.) can coconut milk
1 (13.5 oz.) can coconut cream
1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk
2 limes
½ tsp kosher salt
¾ cup light rum
Preparation
Add ¾ of the diced pineapple, coconut milk, coconut cream, condensed milk, zest of 1 lime, juice of both limes, salt, and rum to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Divide the remaining diced pineapple between the popsicle sleeves. Fill each popsicle sleeve with piña colada mixture, seal, and then lay flat on a tray.
Freeze until frozen, about 6 hours. Snip the tops off and enjoy!
