- Peloton Interactive soared 23% premarket. The stationary-bike maker is drawing interest from potential suitors including Amazon , according to people familiar with the matter, as its stock slumps and an activist urges it to explore a sale.
- Hasbro and Tyson Foods are due to report quarterly results before the open.
- Bitcoin was up 4.5% from Friday, and crypto stocks were also posting gains. Coinbase added 2.2% premarket, and bitcoin miner Marathon Digital gained 5%.
- Snap shares nudged down 1.2% premarket—which isn’t much given the stock’s 59% rally on Friday on the heels of its first profitable quarter.
