Elected Democrats only view election challenges as a crime when Republicans do it. Outgoing Pennsylvania Senator Bob Casey launched a fundraiser on Tuesday in an attempt to raise funds to overturn his election loss. Outgoing Senator Casey launched his fundraising blitz as Pennsylvania Senate Elect David McCormick attended new senator orientation on Capitol Hill. Over the weekend, Bob Casey and top Democrat election lawyer Marc Elias posted several times that the Pennsylvania Senate race is not over.
