Ohio state Democrats attempted some good ol’ virtue signaling with an absurd piece of legislation, but they inadvertently committed the self-own of the century.
The bill, titled “The Conception Begins at Erection Act,” was introduced by Ohio state Reps. Anita Somani and Tristan Rade, would make it illegal for men to ejaculate while having sex without the intent of impregnating a woman. Men would potentially face a fine of $10,000 per ejaculation. But the bill makes some exceptions — how could it not? — for the Democratic Party’s favorite pet groups: porn-addicted masturbators, sperm donors, and everyone living in the LGBT fantasy world.
