Vulnerable Democrat United States Senator Jon Tester of Montana is in an awkward position. President Trump’s popularity in Montana, combined with Kamala Harris’s unpopular policies, like her open borders, means that Tester has been attempting to sell himself and his policies as “moderate” in a desperate attempt to win reelection.
