The former group includes the Philadelphia Phillies, New York Yankees, Los Angeles Dodgers and Baltimore Orioles while the latter includes the Chicago White Sox, Oakland Athletics and Miami Marlins (who have already traded star hitter Luis Arráez to the San Diego Padres).
