Matcha Tonic

This is the drink of the season: Matcha tonics!

Enjoy it with some extra tonic water or a spritz of your favorite fizzy, I love adding extra fruit into mine as well!

Ingredients:
– ½ cup chopped fruit, I used mango in one version, strawberries in another
– Ice
– Sweetener of choice, optional (I used mogu mogu drink)
– ½ -1 cup tonic water
– 2 teaspoon matcha powder
– ½ cup hot water
– Lemon slice, for garnish

Preparation:
1. In a glass, add in your fruit and muddle with a large spoon or muddler.
2. Place some ice into your cup then follow with your sweetener of choice, which is optional, then top with your tonic water.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together matcha with hot water until frothy.
4. Top your drink with matcha, garnish with a lemon slice, and enjoy!
