Last week, the Massachusetts House of Representatives unanimously passed its latest attack on the family.
The Democratic-controlled chamber passed the Parentage Equality Act, which uses radical gender ideology to redefine the family by legitimizing the legality of parents and children in LGBT families born via surrogacy, adoption, or other methods of assisted reproduction.
This newly defined “parentage” is described as a “person with the intent to be the parent of a child.” The word “parentage” itself, used throughout the bill, is an effort to accommodate leftist gender activists and undermine vital familial roles by stripping parents of their formal titles and replacing the terms “mother” or “father” with the new woke term.
