America’s woke librarians are among the latest to join the ranks of credentialed elites who feel they’re the unfairly oppressed under the barbaric reign of Donald Trump.
“The Institute of Museum and Library Services has placed its entire staff on administrative leave,” federally funded leftist media organization NPR lamented March 31. “The IMLS is a relatively small federal agency, with around 70 employees, that awards grant funding to museums and libraries across the United States.”
Gee, who could have a problem with that?
NPR and other taxpayer-gobbling embedded progressives would dearly love to paint Trump’s action as yet another senseless assault on serene civil servants whose only desire is to minister to the needs of America’s citizenry.
