Rep. Kat Cammack (R-FL) documented the state of her American Airlines flight on Monday, which prompted a response from the airline.
Cammack was traveling on a direct flight to Washington, D.C., to continue her work on Capitol Hill. The representative photographed an armrest covered in tinfoil on her flight.
“Come on @AmericanAir…. Aluminum foil for real?!? This flight to D.C. ought to be interesting…,” Cammack captioned the photo.
The airline responded on X within the hour that Cammack posted the photo.
