Kamala Harris has been the Democratic Party’s presumptive presidential nominee for a little more than two weeks – and for a few days, the official nominee. In that time, she has given no press conferences, planned or unplanned. From the Harris-Walz campaign’s perspective, that’s probably not a bad thing, considering her inability to deliver unscripted remarks that make sense.
