Kamala campaign filing FALSE FEC paperwork to seize Biden’s war chest, circumvent campaign finance laws
On Aug. 6, 2024, Kamala Harris personally filed an updated Statement of Candidacy, also known as Form 2, filing with the Federal Elections Commission (FEC) designating Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz as her running mate. And the trail of corruption she left in the filing’s wake is almost unbelievable.
Attorney Laura Powell (@LauraPowellEsq on X) investigated Kamala’s filing in-depth only to discover that deliberate deception was used by the Kamala campaign to siphon Joe Biden’s campaign contributions into Kamala’s coffers instead.
First off, Kamala used Biden’s personal candidate ID number (P80000722) on the form instead of her own (P00009423). Kamala’s FEC records also now show up under Biden’s personal FEC page rather than her own ever since filing a new Form 2.
