Democrats on the Senate Judiciary Committee have made great sport of attacking conservative justices’ legitimacy for sitting on the Supreme Court in any case, to sitting in judgment in certain cases. Recently, news broke of some old stories about flags flying over Justice Samuel Alito’s residence in Virginia and a beach house in New Jersey.
