Judge Merchan’s Daughter’s Client Announces Run For New Jersey Governor

Another client of Judge Merchan’s daughter’s firm, Authentic Campaigns, seems to be in line for a promotion. United States House Rep. Mikie Sherrill announced she is running for Governor of New Jersey. Sherrill will be the favorite to win the Democrat Primary and advance to the general election in 2025. Authentic Campaigns offers services that are “all things digital.” Following President Trump’s Wildwood, New Jersey rally last summer, Sherrill posted to X that Trump should “go back to court.” Democrat Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, who is also a client of Authentic Campaigns, posted a similar “Go back” language following President Trump’s Bronx rally.
