After just 8 days in theaters, Inside Out 2 is chasing Dune 2 into the desert. Box Office Mojo reports that the Pixar sequel has earned $285 million domestically and $512 million worldwide. That’s a lot of little emotions cheering in Bob Iger’s head, making it rain with whatever currency emotions use in the Pixar world. As of Friday, the movie outearned Dune as the year’s highest-grossing movie (Dune: Part Two earned $282 million), and it’s not even Sunday yet.
