Charlotte Hornets superstar point guard LaMelo Ball is facing a lawsuit after a family alleged that the former NBA Draft lottery pick ran over an 11-year-old boy’s foot with his car, according to OutKick.

The family, who represents 11-year-old Angell Joseph, named both Ball and the Hornets in their lawsuit. The child allegedly walked up to Ball to get an autograph at Charlotte‘s Spectrum Center, was issued a denial, and then his foot was run over by Ball’s vehicle while he was driving away, according to the outlet.
