The United States Supreme Court has “Paused” a lower Court’s ORDER, which demanded President Trump release Foreign Aid money or grants, presently paused for 90 days.
Chief Justice John Roberts “Paused” the lower court order, which ORDERED the Trump Administration release the foreign aid money by 11:59 PM eastern US time tonight.
Chief Justice Roberts gave the Plaintiff’s in that case until Friday to explain to the Supreme Court why the lower Court’s Order should go through.
