A video released Tuesday by the Daily Mail showed the moment a crocodile viciously attacked an elderly man and dragged him into the water.
The horrifying scene allegedly unfolded Monday at the Cimory Dairyland center in South Sulawesi, Indonesia, according to the outlet. The man, described as a grandfather, sat among other tourists. The animal was reportedly rescued from a flood the week before. The crocodile was believed to be a “lucky” reptile and was kept at the theme park so fans could make their offerings, the outlet reported.
The video shows the elderly man confidently lean over and reach his arm out to offer the crocodile some food, only for the animal to attack him almost instantly. The predator then latches onto his arm and violently yanks him into the water.
