House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) claimed Sunday on ABC’s “This Week” that the Republican budget was a “non-starter” and would receive opposition from every Democratic lawmaker.

We’ve seen over the past two years, Republicans cannot or have not been able to pass government funding without Democratic support.
