Kentucky Governor and 2028 presidential contender Andy Beshear responded to a query from Loomer Unleashed regarding whether the state of Kentucky would extend assistance to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) upon request. His response was notably noncommittal.
As he concluded his meetings at the National Governors Association Conference in Washington, D.C. on Friday, Loomer Unleashed inquired of Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear, “Will Kentucky provide assistance to ICE if requested?”
Governor Beshear addressed this query by stating, “I invite you to engage with our communications team. We are more than willing to discuss this matter in detail. We have addressed this question on multiple occasions. There are a variety of requests that may be made, and we are committed to taking each of them seriously.”
