China announced on Friday they are hitting back at the United States, raising tariffs on U.S. goods from 84% to 125% beginning on Saturday.

The U.S. and China have escalated their trade war by raising tariffs against each other despite President Donald Trump pausing tariffs on other countries. 

Currently, Trump’s tariffs on China total 145%, according to the Associated Press.
