Browns quarterback Jameis Winston tossed his third touchdown of the game after he completed a 38-yard score to wide receiver Cedric Tillman, doing so with 59 seconds remaining on the clock to lead Cleveland to a stunning 29-24 upset victory Sunday over the Baltimore Ravens. The win against Lamar Jackson & Co. snapped a five-game losing streak for the Browns.
