What you’ll need:
-two sheets of puff pastry (one package)
-bunny cookie cutter
-fig jam
-Brie cheese
-one egg (egg wash)
Prep: Preheat the oven to 375°F(190°C). Lay out the puff pastry sheets and use a cookie cutter to make 12 bunny cutouts. Add some fig jam and a piece of Brie on 6 cutouts. Cover with the remaining 6 cutouts. Use a fork to close and seal the edges of the cutouts. Brush with egg wash for a crispy brown finish. Pop in the oven and bake for 20 minutes! SERVE WARM!
