Bill Murray Reveals Bruce Willis Did ‘Insane’ Jobs on ‘SNL’ Before Fame

Bill Murray and Bruce Willis‘ friendship goes way back.

During an appearance on Watch What Happens Live on Monday, March 31, Murray, 74, recalled meeting Willis, 70, back when he was working behind the scenes of Saturday Night Live before his big acting break.

“Bruce Willis was a page at NBC when I was on Saturday Night Live,” the Lost in Translation star — who is a five-time SNL host and former cast member — told WWHL host Andy Cohen and fellow guest, his The Friend co-star Naomi Watts.

“This sounds like insane s—, but his job was to come and go to the dressing rooms and refill the M&Ms and pretzels kind of thing in the actors’ rooms,” Murray, who made his debut on SNL as a cast member in 1977 before he left in 1980, continued of Willis.

“I remember when I met him after he was already a successful guy, he said you and Gilda [Radner] were nice to me,”…
