We’re seeing Democrats bemoaning that they didn’t have a “Joe Rogan” in this election.
How bizarre is that? They had a “Joe Rogan.” And a Robert F. Kennedy Jr. And an Elon Musk. All those people used to vote for Democrats until the Democrats threw them or the principles they believed in — like free speech — under the bus. They also have had and still have most of the mainstream media. So to act as if they were somehow at a huge disadvantage because there might be some outlets that are not under their control is hilarious.
But when a reporter asked the Australian Broadcasting Corporation boss Kim Williams about the influence of the world’s most successful podcaster Joe Rogan, who has billions of viewers, how he has such influence and how the ABC would or should be going about capturing that kind of audience.
