Democratic New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is picking a fight with the worst possible Trump official she could beef with: border czar Tom Homan.
During the virtual event “Know Your Rights With ICE,” live-streamed Tuesday on Ocasio-Cortez’s Facebook page, the congresswoman gave illegal aliens advice on how to handle a raid from ICE on their home or workplace. Ocasio-Cortez’s government website has also featured guidance on how illegal aliens can avoid the feds, with tips such as “You do not have to open the door,” “You can ask them to leave,” and “You can stay silent.” (Subscribe to MR.
