Monday night’s plan for the Dallas Cowboys was to open up the roof of AT&T Stadium for their contest against the Houston Texans. That all changed, however, after a huge piece of metal fell down from up above and slammed right onto the field. The Cowboys originally were opening the roof over two hours prior to kickoff.

“We can confirm a piece of metal came loose and fell to the field [with some additional small debris] while the roof was in the process of opening,” stated the Cowboys. “There were no injuries.
