Roman Kostencko, the Chairman of Ukraine’s Parliament (the Verkhovna Rada) Defense Committee, actually said today “The war (with Russia) will NOT end in 2025.” The world is wondering if he is delusional.
Kostencko went on to say there is a possibility of a “freezing of the conflict” and that a “Temporary cessation of hostilities is possible.”
Almost all interested observers of the situation are asking “Does he actually think Russia is stupid enough to accept that? So Ukraine can re-arm and start fighting all over again?”
There is no analysis on planet earth which finds any possibility that Russia could or would accept either of those choices.
