On Thursday, Ranking Democrat Senate Judiciary Member Dick Durbin refused to answer if he was slow-walking Kash Patel’s confirmation over concerns that, as FBI Director, Kash Patel would make Jeffery Epstein’s flight log public. Immediately following our questioning of Durbin, Senate Democrats blocked Patel’s Senate Judiciary Committee vote, delaying it by one week. In the past, Durbin blocked Tennessee United States Senator Marsha Blackburn’s requests to subpoena Epstein’s flight logs. After the Senate Judiciary Democrats blocked Kash Patel’s committee vote, Senator Blackburn went to the Senate floor, saying she was confident that Kash Patel would work with her to release the Epstein files. It is sad that “Obstructing Trump” is the elected Democrat’s top policy priority.
