Comedian Ken Flores died in his home Tuesday at the age of 28.
His family took to Instagram to share the tragic news with his fans.
“It is with great sadness that we confirm the untimely passing of our friend, brother, and son, Kenyi Flores,” they wrote Wednesday on his official page. “Please respect our privacy at this time as we are all shocked and devastated by this loss.”
Law enforcement officials told TMZ Flores suffered cardiac arrest at his home. Someone at his residence contacted police and administered CPR until paramedics showed up but, in spite of everyone’s best efforts, he was declared dead on-scene.
