President Joe Biden, less than two weeks from leaving office and fading into history as one of America’s worst presidents, said Congress must take on the financial burden of California’s recovery because “In case you haven’t noticed, there is global warming.” Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) blamed climate change for Los Angeles not seeing rain in eight months. Rep.
