California Governor Gavin Newsom seemed eager to hide from the public that he purchased a $9 million home in Marin County, California, that the Pritzker Family previously owned. Newsom used a newly created LLC to complete the transaction of acquiring his new property. The LLC Newsom used to complete the sale is MHBD Farms LLC, which is named after Newsom’s kids Montana, Hunter, Brooklynn, and Dutch. Newsom’s new mansion was previously owned by Zuloo Properties, an LLC controlled by Daniel Pritzker of the Pritzker family. It is important to note that the Pritzker family was one of the first donors to Gavin Newsom. Illinois Governor JB Pritzker served as the de facto “welcoming committee” for the DNC’s 2024 Convention in Chicago. Newsom’s $9 million new home purchase from the Pritzkers further proves that elite Democrats could care less about typical Americans.
