On Monday the Court of Appeals of the State of Georgia canceled the oral arguments scheduled for Dec. 5 concerning the potential disqualification of Fani Willis.
In a court filing obtained by The Daily Caller News Foundation, it did not provide specific reasons for the sudden cancellation.
Willis filed a motion to dismiss an appeal on June 12 that aimed to disqualify her from the racketeering case involving President-elect Donald Trump and his co-defendants, citing “insufficient evidence” as the reason, according to Atlanta First News. In response, Trump’s legal team branded her motion as merely a desperate “Hail Mary” attempt, lacking any legal or factual foundation.
FANI WILLIS: “I’m so tired of hearing these idiots call my name as ‘Fanny,’ in a way to attempt to humiliate me. Because like silly schoolboys, the name reminds them of a woman’s rear.”
