New Senate GOP Majority Leader John Thune and RSC Chair Tim Scott have responded late to Outgoing Pennsylvania Senator Bob Casey and top Democratic Lawyer Marc Elias’s attempts to overturn Bob Casey’s election loss in Pennsylvania. Casey and Elias have attempted to overturn Casey’s election loss for the last few weeks. Casey even launched a fundraiser for his cause while Incoming Pennsylvania Senator David McCormick attended new Senator Orientation on Capitol Hill.
