I’m daily reminded that my lack of a college education was probably a blessing. I watch as people with degrees that cost an ungodly amount of money to get, say and do things that are, frankly, bizarre. Their beliefs can only be described as delusional, yet we’re expected to trust them as if they’re the smartest, wisest people in any given room they walk into.
The over-educated, well-connected, and oftentimes heavily protected people in America form what we call the “elite class,” a comparatively small group of people in America who get to make all the decisions for the bulk of Americans. It’s bad enough that they get to decide so much of what our country does, but their power becomes even more egregious when you see that their track record of being right is just awful.
