More interesting election developments occurred in Pennsylvania on Halloween as Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner’s lawsuit was dropped against Elon Musk’s America Pac. Pennsylvania State Judge Angelo Foglietta announced he would not move forward with Krasner’s lawsuit against Musk after Laura Loomer broke the story that Judge Foglietta’s sister, Thea Foglietta, is a Kamala Harris donor and never Trumper. Thea Foglietta has also attacked Elon Musk in social media posts, writing, “blocking a large % of the Left’s tweets”. It is important to note that Judge Foglietta’s sister, Thea, is very involved with Judge Foglietta’s professional life as she spoke at his judicial swearing-in ceremony.
