When we were approaching the kickoff of the 2024 college football season, not a lot of people were talking about the cupcake schedule of the Texas Longhorns. Fast forward to this point in the campaign, with College Football Playoff and bowl bids now starting to get chalked up, and things have changed in flying colors.
Texas joining the Southeastern Conference was an exciting time for the realm of college football, but there was one problem with all of the hype: nobody actually examined Texas’ schedule and realized how easy it was.
